Great campsite within walking distance to a lovely beach and cliff walks. We only had a drink in the restaurant/bar, but the food they were serving looked very nice. The pitches were of good size, and unlike many Spanish site, didnt have too many overhanging branches. The site is very convenient for
the Santander ferry. Would definitely recommend it.

fabulous site, great food in restaurant, nice pool. beautiful beach a stone\'s throw from site with a couple of bars. perfect stop to or from ferry. would use again.

Bien situé par rapport à la mer et Santander que l\'on peut visiter en prenant le bus. Par contre les sanitaires bien que propres sont d\'un autre âge et très mal entretenu : douche bouchée, porte qui ne ferme pas, rien pour poser ses affaires dans les douches, un crochet à l\'extérieur ! Il faut peut être sortir toute nue !! Je ne recommande pas.

this is a great little site a lot more than just a stop over for the ferry. Great walks along the coast in both directions one to Santander although this is a long walk but a more manageable one is over to the next bay which is very picturesque. You can also get a bus into Santander which is well worth a visit. Recommend.can’t comment on food or pool as didn’t use …the bar on the beach is great for food .

Bring your own food. Patatas bravas is chips with bottled sauce and a cheese and ham pizza with no ham in itt.
complained, but told the ham is finely sliced. Sadly on our last night, this was the worst meal we\'ve had in Spain.

Toilets are OK, but showers have nowhere to dry and dress. No shelf for shower gel etc so it all sits on the floor. No hook for towels which have to be hung oitsude.
Shop is appalling _ nothing on shelves, lucky to get water!
Restaurant is very limited and expensive by local comparison.
Staff were very abrupt and customers appear to be more of a nuisance value to them.
Pitches are very small, and woe betide if you encroach on the next space or you will be told that you will have to pay for 2 spaces.
Could be a really lovely site but it seems too much trouble for the older staff - perhaps they should leave.

Lovely campsite close to the Santander ferry. But it is also a good base for visiting the Cantabrian coastline. There are spectacular views over the sea which is just a few minutes walk away. The toilet block is a bite dated, but always spotlessly clean and constant hot water. The owner is friendly and very helpful. We have visited this site since 2014 and would have no hesitation in recommending it.

We stayed for 3 nights and could have stopped for longer.
We had a good sized pitch,with some shade for trees. Some of the pitches were on the small side.
The showers and toilets were clean and plenty of hot water. There was no soap in the toilets.
Unfortunately our experience of eating in the restaurant in the evening was disappointing and we thought it was overpriced. The menu del dia during the day appeared much better value.
The beach is only a short walk away and is beautiful as are the beaches in the area. We cycled into Santander and another day walked along the cliff tops.
The swimming pool was not open.

Motorhome…Nice clean site,close to the sea for windy walks.Very well epuiped dining and bar area.Need signs for fresh water and gray waste points.Plenty adjustable hot water.20 mins from Santander ferry port,a real plus.Poured with rain all day on our last day,mind you that was beginning May.Will certainly use again Easy in and out.Oh,I forgot,the boss there is learning English,a nice old boy…

A lovely quiet site, only a short bus or car ride from Santander centre but near the coast. pitches are long and narrow, with some tree branches in the way if you’re not careful. The bar and restaurant were closed when we were there, having an upgrade. the pool was also closed. a nearby bar on the beach was also closed. Toilets and showers were good. The Elsan and waste water are to the rear of the site. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the ladies spoke good English. If you can’t get access through the rear gate by a key from reception, then it is quite a hike around the road to the bus stop at the cemetery which is very ornate. Take care with bus times as the bus only comes up from Corden at certain times. WiFi is free and of good quality.
